The house is on one acre, and abuts the five acre Lily Pond conservation area. Outside living is a wonderful feature of this home, with two decks off the great room. Town is a hop, skip and jump, while close by are Childrens’ Beach, Jetties Beach and Steps Beach.
One of last year’s visitors commented that the house had great Nantucket atmosphere as well as the best location on the island.
Another appreciated features including an open kitchen equipped with stainless steel gas cooktop, DCS convection oven, built in DCS microwave, warming drawer, Bosch dishwasher, SubZero refrigerator, and All Clad cookware. The island provides seating for four and is a wonderful gathering spot for meals, cocktails, or a spirited game of cards.
